What you will do

  • Own end-to-end campaign workflows from strategy to launch, translating briefs into structured project plans with tracking.
  • Maintain visibility across programs, surface risks and blockers with solutions for leadership.
  • Optimize project management tools, build SOPs and playbooks, ensure organized documentation for AI consumption.
  • Monitor campaign production pipeline, leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and handoffs.
  • Manage agency relationships, track spend, ensure deliverables meet standards.
  • Coordinate with channel owners across marketing functions for alignment and status updates.
  • Apply strategic lens to planning, track performance metrics for exec dashboards.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in marketing operations, campaign management, or demand generation
  • Proven ability to own project management tools and drive adoption.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills.
  • Marketing fluency for independent decisions.
  • Builder mindset for designing processes.
  • Comfortable in fast-moving environments with ambiguity.
