TL;DR

Senior Program Manager (GTM Sales Strategy): Designing and orchestrating long-term revenue engines and go-to-market frameworks with an accent on market segmentation, consumption-based pricing, and cross-functional orchestration. Focus on incubating new sales motions, diagnosing business blockers, and transforming strategic priorities into scalable operational playbooks.

Location: Must be based in the USA (Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Miami, or Portland). Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $136,000 - $170,000 USD

What you will do

  • Define market segmentation logic and partner with Finance and Sales leadership on the 3-year GTM roadmap.
  • Lead high-complexity cross-functional initiatives, such as New SKU launches and M&A GTM integrations.
  • Incubate new sales motions like Product Led Growth (PLG) or Partner-led models through pilot programs.
  • Translate Revenue Intelligence data into strategic narratives for Board meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Design the logic and strategy for segmentation and sales play vetting to be executed by Planning, Enablement, and Field Ops teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of industry experience, preferably within Enterprise Software/SaaS.
  • 8+ years in Sales Strategy, Management Consulting, or BizOps leadership.
  • Deep expertise in B2B sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) and consumption-based business models.
  • Advanced analytical skills using SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
  • Ability to work without visa sponsorship.
