What you will do

• Lead day-to-day production across multi-disciplinary teams, managing producers and partnering with leads to hit milestones and execute roadmap.
• Define vision, structure, and ways of working with creative and technical leadership.
• Manage relationships with external IP holders and partners, aligning business, product, and development teams.
• Oversee co-development with external studios, including onboarding new partnerships.
• Own project planning, risk mitigation, and health reporting to senior leadership.
• Build communication processes for globally distributed teams and implement solutions to improve velocity.

Requirements

• Significant experience in production leadership on AAA game development with shipped high-quality titles.
• Experience managing co-development with external studios and building new partnerships.
• Worked with IP holders and external partners, navigating complex stakeholder relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for ambiguity, process-building, and quick adaptation.
• Ability to lead and develop producers across distributed time zones.
• Expert communication, organizational skills, and understanding of dependency pipelines and tools.
• Experience in game incubation and pre-production.
