What you will do

• Work on an interdisciplinary team to design, build, and test satellite hardware and software.
• Develop assembly and integration test plans and procedures with Electrical, Mechanical, RF, and Propulsion teams.
• Use test equipment and instruments like thermal chambers, vibration tables, DAQs, and oscilloscopes to execute test plans.
• Coordinate assembly, integration, and environmental test efforts.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical degree
• Passion for hardware development in a fast-paced environment with hands-on design.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and communicate strongly.
• Familiarity with spacecraft systems and operation.
• Must be onsite 5 days a week
• U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required (to comply with U.S. Government export regulations)

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience designing, building, and testing hardware.
• Experience writing Python to interface with test equipment, process datasets, and visualize data.
• Experience in CAD.
• Direct electrical or mechanical design experience.
• Ability to debug hardware and software under time pressure.
