What you will do
- Support the assembly and testing of electronic boxes at design and production centers.
- Evaluate and implement production equipment, assembly fixtures, and tools.
- Prepare and execute engineering tasks including circuit card rework and assembly/test process development.
- Create work instructions and provide technical support to engineers.
- Contribute input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering bachelor's or master's degree program at an accredited university.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0; the exact requirement may vary by department.
- Ability to relocate to Buffalo, New York, for the internship and work onsite.
- Professional communication, a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required.
