What you will do

• Design, develop, and test spacecraft and launch vehicle hardware in collaboration with senior engineers.
• Support requirements definition, interface management, and integration activities for flight systems.
• Assist with CAD modeling and structural/thermal design of components such as thrusters, tanks, and engine hardware.
• Perform structural, thermal, or fluid analyses to guide major design decisions and trade studies.
• Participate in vibration, thermal-vacuum, and propulsion performance test campaigns.
• Prepare engineering drawings, test reports, and design documentation according to industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems, or Electrical Engineering, or Physics.
• Strong academic foundation in engineering fundamentals including mechanics, thermodynamics, and materials.
• Hands-on project experience through internships, research, or senior design projects.
• Compliance with U.S. Government space technology trade restrictions (ITAR/EAR); must be a U.S. Person.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CAD tools and modeling software.
• Proficiency in coding or scripting languages such as MATLAB or Python.
