What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end Workday projects including requirements gathering, business process design, UAT/end-to-end testing, and deployment.
  • Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes; design people systems workflows and liaise with stakeholders like People Services, Payroll, and IT.
  • Triage and resolve Tier 2 HCMS issues; proactively audit system health for data integrity.
  • Review, test, and implement HCMS upgrades/configurations; maintain tables and document processes.
  • Write, maintain, and support reports/queries; develop standard reports and ensure data integrity.
  • Standardize documentation, user guides, and training materials; train workforce on new processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
  • 5+ years global HRIS or Global HR Specialist experience with systems focus
  • Minimum 2 years Workday Recruiting experience
  • Workday administration experience, preferably in HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Compensation, or Benefits modules
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and customer service skills
