What you will do
- Conduct advanced analyses of compensation, benefits, and workforce costs to identify optimisation opportunities and risks.
- Interpret reward trends, policies, and regulations to recommend compliant, evidence-based solutions.
- Lead reward workstreams and projects, coordinating with HR, Finance, and vendors for cohesive delivery.
- Manage Workday reward operations, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and system enhancements.
- Provide expert guidance to HR partners and leaders on job evaluation, market pricing, and reward practices.
- Develop documentation and standards to build capability and ensure consistent reward application.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- Proven experience as Analyst or Senior Analyst in total reward or compensation.
- Demonstrated experience with Workday for compensation processes, reporting, and data management.
- Training in job evaluation methodologies such as WTW or Mercer (mandatory).
- Expert knowledge of compensation, benefits, job architecture, and reward governance.
- Advanced analytical skills, including complex modelling, root-cause analysis, and scenario planning.
