What you will do

• Contribute to project objectives, complete deliverables, and provide payroll expertise to project teams.
• Work with business and IT on legislative changes, UAT, system improvements, and process resilience.
• Handle requirements gathering, solution design, testing, documentation, and payroll element builds.
• Act as escalation point for complex payroll queries and maintain data integrity in HRIS.
• Support day-to-day payroll operations, arrears calculations, and error resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years Irish Payroll experience in complex, fast-paced environment
• Excellent knowledge of HRIS, T&A, and Payroll systems
• Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and handle priorities
• Strong communication skills to build trust and credibility
• In-depth technical knowledge of Oracle payroll system

Nice to have

• Business degree or professional finance qualification
• Project management credentials
• Expertise in Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Query/BI, SharePoint
• Knowledge of Irish Tax regulations and benefits
• Proficiency in MS Office
