Location: Fully remote, work from anywhere in the Americas.
Salary: $65K–$80K base ($130K–$160K OTE), offers equity.

What you will do
- Own a book of business in the Commercial segment, managing opportunities from discovery through close.
- Convert inbound demand into customers via discovery and value articulation.
- Build outbound pipeline by engaging prospective customers.
- Manage steady pipeline across industries and use cases.
- Run efficient sales cycles while ensuring strong customer experience.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Partner with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success for acquisition and expansion.
- Identify patterns in deals and share insights to improve sales motion.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales.
- 2+ years as a quota-carrying Account Executive.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong discovery and qualification skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Clear, concise written communication in a documentation-first company.
- High ownership mentality and strong organizational skills.
- Comfort working fully remote with high autonomy.
