Product Manager, Agent Security & Governance (AI)

Location: Hybrid, four days per week in the San Francisco office

Salary: $160,000–$280,000 annually, with possible variable compensation, equity, and benefits

Glean develops a Work AI platform with enterprise search, an AI Assistant, AI agents, SaaS connectors, flexible LLM support, APIs, and governance capabilities.

What you will do

• Develop product features for explainable and transparent AI systems.
• Identify and prevent vectors of AI risk while improving observability, security, and privacy for AI agents and underlying data.
• Spend time with enterprise customers to understand their knowledge and governance needs.
• Shape the product roadmap by connecting customer needs with the product vision.
• Set direction, build alignment, prioritize customer-focused work, and drive execution.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Success, leadership, and go-to-market stakeholders while building scalable processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience at SaaS companies serving large enterprises.
• Experience spanning security, governance, trust, identity, or data integrations.
• Strong technical background with UX and API-driven products, integration paths, and third-party partnerships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ownership, initiative, delivery of results, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in the San Francisco office four days per week.
