Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $156,000–$237,000 annually, depending on level, role, and location, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle for Workflows and Integrations, from early concepts through general availability and ongoing scale.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and sequencing using customer, market, and business signals.
• Decide which development activities to automate and how to build user trust in unattended agent execution.
• Own the integration ecosystem, including third-party tools, APIs, authentication, partner extensibility, and governance.
• Research enterprise customer problems and lead executive roadmap reviews, product demos, and stakeholder discussions.
• Partner with engineering, design, go-to-market, and product marketing teams on execution, measurement, packaging, licensing, and pricing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building software products end to end, including at least 3 years with developer-facing or infrastructure products.
• Experience with developer platforms, CI/CD, workflow or orchestration systems, API and integration platforms, infrastructure-as-code, or cloud infrastructure.
• Experience taking an agentic or LLM product to production, including tool design, evaluations, and analysis of agent failures.
• Experience owning a platform, API, or extensibility surface, with knowledge of versioning, authentication, and governance trade-offs.
• Experience taking products from zero to general availability and shipping to enterprise engineering organizations.
• Strong technical foundation, independent judgment, and willingness to travel occasionally for customer and industry engagements.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation or orchestration products such as CI systems, data pipelines, RPA, or agent frameworks.
• Experience with pricing strategy, licensing models, onboarding funnels, or open-core business models.
• Experience in both startup and larger-scale organizations.
• Experience representing a product through talks, writing, or other public channels.
