TL;DR

Director, Alliances Deal Maker (Microsoft): Supporting complex, multi-tower managed services engagements with an accent on the Microsoft partner ecosystem including Azure, M365, and Dynamics. Focus on shaping alliance dimensions of high-stakes deals, driving negotiations with CxOs, and structuring competitive commercial models.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $161,520 – $348,840

What you will do

  • Lead the alliance dimension of multi-million dollar deals from qualification through to closure.
  • Create compelling, tailored propositions for Core and Strategic accounts to meet market and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate Alliance content and technical solutions into bid submissions.
  • Maximize deal benefits by leveraging Microsoft partner programs, including Azure Marketplace and ECIF funding.
  • Own and refine final proposal documents, presenting technical designs in a professional and concise manner.
  • Engage in demand generation activities and targeted campaigns to close pipeline gaps.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, and leading alliance components of complex customer negotiations.
  • Deep knowledge of the Microsoft alliance with hands-on experience selling Azure, M365, or Dynamics.
  • Proven expertise in conceptualizing and executing bid activities for multi-tower engagements.
  • Outstanding client management skills with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and CxOs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the USA

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Specific sales experience in technical solutions.
