TL;DR
Director of Sales Engineering (Salesforce DevSecOps): Build and lead global technical sales organization, define go-to-market strategy for Salesforce CI/CD and secure release management with an accent on security, compliance, and enterprise deals. Focus on evangelizing end-to-end DevSecOps platforms, guiding customers on automated pipelines, test automation, and audit-ready processes for regulated industries.
Fully remote (some travel), must be US Citizen or Green Card holder (permanent resident) living inside the United States.
Salary: $200,000 - $220,000 depending on experience plus bonus.

What you will do
- Build and lead world-class global Sales Engineering organization across regions.
- Define technical go-to-market strategy centered on Salesforce DevSecOps, CI/CD, and secure release management.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive revenue and expansion.
- Serve as subject matter expert on Salesforce CI/CD, DevSecOps, and release governance.
- Guide customers in modernizing delivery with automated pipelines, version control, test automation, and secure orchestration.
- Evangelize secure code scanning, compliance enforcement, audit processes, and access controls.
- Engage CIOs, CISOs, and leaders on risk reduction and secure delivery; represent at events.
- Establish KPIs, scalable POC frameworks, and team enablement on DevOps and security.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering in enterprise SaaS.
- 5+ years leading global teams, including second-line leadership.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture and ecosystem.
- Strong hands-on with Salesforce CI/CD and DevOps: Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), automated testing and pipelines.
- Proven sales/support of complex enterprise solutions with security/compliance needs.
- Experience with technical/executive stakeholders including CIO/CISO-level.
Nice to have
- Experience with or similar (Copado, Gearset).
- Background in DevSecOps, app security, compliance environments.
- Selling into regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government).
- Familiarity with secure SDLC and governance.
