What you will do
- Own the global SMB business, including revenue performance across net new ARR, expansion, and retention.
- Lead and scale a distributed organization of SMB sales leaders across multiple regions.
- Build and optimize a high-velocity SMB sales motion and repeatable execution playbooks worldwide.
- Deliver accurate global and regional forecasts, pipeline reviews, and growth plans aligned to revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with RevOps, Finance, Marketing, and Product to optimize the SMB customer lifecycle.
- Establish and inspect core SMB performance metrics, such as conversion, sales velocity, and productivity.
Requirements
- Significant B2B software sales leadership experience in SMB or Commercial SaaS segments.
- Proven track record of owning large revenue goals and managing multi-region sales organizations.
- Experience scaling high-velocity motions including inbound, outbound, and digital engagement models.
- Ability to coach and lead front-line managers in a distributed, asynchronous environment.
- Strong analytical judgment for using performance data to shape strategy and solve root-cause issues.
- Technical fluency in DevSecOps, CI/CD, and AI capabilities.
