What you will do

• Lead special projects to integrate processes in manufacturing operations for better alignment and productivity.
• Develop strategies for lead time reduction, shortage tracking, and tool consolidation.
• Define input metrics linking process adherence to manufacturing outcomes.
• Design, document, and train teams on standard processes.
• Coordinate with data science and engineering teams to deliver solutions.
• Manage timelines, risks, stakeholder communication, and create presentations for all levels.

Requirements

• B.S. in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field
• 5+ years in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or operational excellence
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process improvement projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across organizational levels
• Experience developing and documenting standard work or operational processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities

Nice to have

• 7+ years in manufacturing/production, preferably aerospace or high-complexity hardware
• Lean Six Sigma certification or continuous improvement experience
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle)
• Track record of influencing without authority
• Change management and training/coaching experience
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Basic data tools (Tableau, Power BI)
