What you will do
- Develop and implement program management strategies aligned with company strategic goals and operational objectives.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, managing timelines, budgets, and resources for successful delivery.
- Facilitate collaboration between IT and business units using SAFe PI planning and Scrum teams.
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans in coordination with the project team.
- Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular status updates on milestones and changes.
- Oversee program budgets ranging from $3M to $10M+.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project or program management in a large organization.
- Experience in Supply Chain or Quality Programs functional business processes and system implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of SAFe, PMI, Agile, Scrum, and IT governance frameworks like ITIL or COBIT.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence senior executives.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP and order management implementations (SAP, Sterling, Blue Yonder).
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies and enterprise data management.
