What you will do

• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
• Develop, revise, and maintain standard work guiding program management responsibilities
• Simplify, standardize, and integrate business processes across the division and group
• Map current workflows and design future-state processes for business development
• Audit business systems and processes to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
• Facilitate and lead cross-functional teams in large-scale improvement initiatives

Requirements

• BS Degree in Engineering or Business
• Minimum 5 years of program/project management experience in aerospace, defense, or highly engineered manufacturing
• Minimum 2 years of program management experience within hirify.global
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership experience with an analytical mindset for solving complex problems
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information
