Fin (hirify.global) builds an AI Customer Agent that delivers always-on customer support across the customer journey, including native integration with hirify.global help desk.

What you will do

  • Lead services scoping with customers (Director to C-level) to understand support operations, goals, and constraints, and convert them into a deployment path.
  • Own the pre-sales story by partnering with Sales to position services, shape deals, and build customer confidence in day-one value.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into accurate Statements of Work (SOWs), including scope, assumptions, exclusions, timelines, dependencies, and customer responsibilities.
  • Design AI-powered solutions that rethink customer experience and avoid simply replicating old workflows with new tools.
  • Assess deal complexity (workspace/workflow design, Fin readiness, migration complexity, integrations) and reflect it in clear SOWs.
  • Bridge customer needs with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, and contribute to process improvements and scalable pre-sales/deployment ways of working.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in consulting, pre-sales, solutions, or customer success, with experience solving real customer problems.
  • Ability to engage both technical teams and senior executives, switching between deep technical detail and high-level business conversation.
  • Proven track record creating accurate, customer-ready SOWs that led to successful project delivery.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to partner with Sales to drive revenue.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS + AI automation, integrations, and change management best practices.
