Salary: $50,200 - $62,750 USD

What you will do

• Analyze and determine claim payments accurately and timely for non-complex disability claims.
• Make claim decisions on Short Term Disability, FMLA, and other paid leaves.
• Communicate clearly via phone and email with claimants and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
• Participate in team problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Manage work queues within service level agreements and support projects.

Requirements

• 1 year experience in FMLA or unpaid leave claims management
• 2 years experience in short-term disability or paid leave claims management
• Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
• Medical/vocational management knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management in fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative cross-functional mindset.
