What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for employees on a broad range of HR topics, providing practical advice.
• Manage HR administrative processes, including onboarding, offboarding, sick leave, and benefits administration.
• Support employee relations matters, performance management, and absence management.
• Own employee mobility processes, including relocation, visa applications, and expat support.
• Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support decision-making and identify trends.
• Improve HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with US labor law and company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist or advisory role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of US federal and state labor law.
• Experience working with an HRIS and analyzing HR data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
