What you will do

• Serve as the primary support resource for UKG Pro configuration, troubleshooting, and user inquiries.
• Maintain foundational system setup including business rules, workflows, security roles, and data tables.
• Lead small-scale HRIS projects and system enhancements from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Optimize UKG Pro workflows for onboarding, job changes, and manager self-service.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to ensure system alignment and data accuracy.
• Assess impacts of UKG releases, conduct UAT testing, and implement configuration improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro (Core HCM required).
• Strong understanding of U.S. employment practices and payroll fundamentals.
• Familiarity with HR compliance requirements such as FLSA, FMLA, and ACA.
• Experience with workflow configuration, system audits, and role-based security management.
• Ability to support integrations via API, SFTP, or vendor feeds.

Nice to have

• Experience with Payroll, Benefits, Onboarding, or Talent modules.
• UKG Pro certifications or completion of official training modules.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in UKG Pro Reporting/BI tools.
• Exposure to project management or HR system implementation cycles.
