What you will do

• Support end-to-end recruiting for shop-floor roles, skilled trades, and salaried positions; forecast headcount with operations.
• Manage onboarding, orientation, and training plans for new hires.
• Handle employee relations, coach leaders on feedback, documentation, and progressive discipline.
• Conduct investigations and recommend actions.
• Facilitate performance management cycles, goal setting, and coaching.
• Administer HRIS, leave programs, attendance policies, and compliance with regulations like EEO, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA.
• Partner on safety, engagement initiatives, change management, and continuous improvement in HR processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in related field.
• 4+ years related experience.
• May require maintaining security clearance.
