TL;DR
Employee Relations Specialist (HR): Handling a broad range of employee relations cases and investigations with an accent on policy compliance and interpersonal conflict resolution. Location: Remote (Must be a resident of the 50 US states or Washington D.C.)
Salary: $45,516.75 - $85,000.00 per year

What you will do
- Investigate employee relations cases including policy violations, interpersonal conflicts, and performance concerns.
- Conduct structured interviews with employees, managers, and witnesses to gather relevant facts.
- Document findings and recommendations in a clear, objective, and compliant manner.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management, corrective actions, and policy interpretation.
- Identify ER patterns and risks to provide opportunities for organizational improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Requirements
- Three (3) years of employee relations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be a resident of the 50 US states or Washington D.C.
- Outstanding interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and experience managing confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS365.
- Ability to clear a required background check and travel 5% of the time.
