What you will do

• Manage and evaluate wage and salary functions to enhance compensation services delivery.
• Provide advice on pay decisions, policy interpretation, job evaluation, and creative compensation solutions.
• Develop recommendations for salary structure adjustments based on organizational needs and market data.
• Analyze current pay practices and recommend changes for equity.
• Benchmark positions for accurate market rate comparisons.
• Prepare professional wage and salary spreadsheets and promote additional compensation services.

Requirements

• Must be analytical, mathematical, and capable of communicating professionally with top management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (spreadsheet, word processing, presentation), internet software, and office equipment.
• Advanced use of statistical software (e.g., SPSS) for regression and discriminant analysis.
• Excellent organization, project tracking, time management, attention to detail, and customer service.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two to three years of compensation experience required.
