What you will do

  • Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS system to ensure data integrity.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes by entering new hire and termination data.
  • Generate and distribute weekly, monthly, and annual HR reports on headcount, turnover, and attendance.
  • Support benefits administration and assist employees during the annual open enrollment period.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for general employee inquiries and requests.
  • Coordinate employee files, audits, and recordkeeping to maintain organizational compliance.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or administrative roles (recent graduates with relevant internships considered).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Must meet U.S. nationality requirements and be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and professional verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with HRIS systems such as ADP, Workday, or APEX.
