TL;DR

Director, Strategy and Transformation (Wealth Management): Driving the strategic and financial agenda for the Wealth Management business with an accent on growth, value creation, and scaling self-service channels. Focus on identifying high-impact opportunities, leading cross-functional execution, and delivering measurable financial results.

Location: Hybrid (requires in-office presence in New York City 3 days per week)

Salary: $185,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to drive outsized revenue and earnings growth.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of cross-functional initiatives to improve client acquisition and retention.
  • Define success metrics and rigorously track performance against financial and operational targets.
  • Develop practical, results-oriented business cases for investments and new initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leadership and Finance to ensure value is realized and reflected in business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of total work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm with a track record of leading teams.
  • Professional experience in wealth management, asset management, or adjacent sectors.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the New York City office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with digital marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies specifically within Wealth Management.
