TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (requires in-office presence in New York City 3 days per week)
Salary: $185,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do
- Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to drive outsized revenue and earnings growth.
- Take end-to-end ownership of cross-functional initiatives to improve client acquisition and retention.
- Define success metrics and rigorously track performance against financial and operational targets.
- Develop practical, results-oriented business cases for investments and new initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership and Finance to ensure value is realized and reflected in business results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of total work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm with a track record of leading teams.
- Professional experience in wealth management, asset management, or adjacent sectors.
- Must be based in or able to work from the New York City office 3 days per week.

- Familiarity with digital marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies specifically within Wealth Management.
