Senior Director, Strategy & Operations (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid; Must be based in or be able to relocate to the NY/NJ/SF area (3 days per week on-site in New York City).

Salary: $264,000–$330,000 (Base salary for NY/NJ/CA)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary strategic and operational interface between the Housing division and the Revenue organization to ensure goal alignment.
• Own the top-down strategic framing and operating model to align sales motions with revenue-driving outcomes.
• Define and drive the go-to-market playbook for leveraging Housing partnerships to increase consumer awareness and adoption.
• Build and manage operational mechanisms, including frameworks, data infrastructure, and decision rights.
• Act as a trusted thought partner to the GM of Housing and Revenue leadership on high-stakes challenges.
• Proactively identify and close operational gaps to prevent bottlenecks in the growth process.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience in management consulting or senior strategy/biz ops roles at high-growth companies.
• Deep experience in partnerships, GTM, or consumer growth, bridging supply-side assets and demand-side goals.
• Advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
• Must be based in New York City and comfortable working from the Flatiron office 3+ days per week.
• Proven ability to lead high-stakes cross-functional work and align senior stakeholders.
• AI-first approach to accelerating research, analysis, synthesis, and team operations.

• Experience in fintech, lending, consumer payments, or proptech.
• Prior experience at a top-tier consultancy.
