What you will do
- Lead a 650+ employee Global Servicing Team to optimize customer processes and enhance partner experience.
- Manage an annual budget of $35MM covering salaries, benefits, and operational expenses.
- Oversee performance metrics for over 3.5 million annual phone calls to drive strategic results.
- Establish a culture of trust and inclusion for 800+ employees within the Phoenix hub.
- Collaborate with technology teams to implement innovative digital servicing solutions and new technologies.
- Design talent strategies and work models to reduce attrition and grow internal talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in financial services, collections, or call-center operations (or 12 years without a degree).
- Minimum 8 years of leadership experience managing exempt and non-exempt employees in a large matrixed organization.
- Must be located in or relocate to Phoenix, Arizona.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and advanced Excel for data analysis (pivot tables, formulas).
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship provided.
- Ability to travel for business as required.
