TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead a 650+ employee Global Servicing Team to optimize customer processes and enhance partner experience.
  • Manage an annual budget of $35MM covering salaries, benefits, and operational expenses.
  • Oversee performance metrics for over 3.5 million annual phone calls to drive strategic results.
  • Establish a culture of trust and inclusion for 800+ employees within the Phoenix hub.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to implement innovative digital servicing solutions and new technologies.
  • Design talent strategies and work models to reduce attrition and grow internal talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in financial services, collections, or call-center operations (or 12 years without a degree).
  • Minimum 8 years of leadership experience managing exempt and non-exempt employees in a large matrixed organization.
  • Must be located in or relocate to Phoenix, Arizona.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and advanced Excel for data analysis (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship provided.
  • Ability to travel for business as required.

  • Experience leading large teams across virtual and physical environments.
  • Deep domain expertise in consumer banking, risk management, or collections.
  • Strong project management experience in developing functional initiatives.
