Salary: $95,000-$115,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning to post-go-live support.
• Define scope, objectives, and metrics with Accounting, Finance, IT, and Compliance teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, risk logs, and manage dependencies.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and translate needs into actionable plans.
• Coordinate UAT, validate financial data, and drive change management.
• Manage Jersey City office opening, including organization, seating, and equipment stocking.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Jersey City, NJ
• Experience in project management for accounting, finance, or operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and execution skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with data, reporting, and metrics for decision-making.
• Self-starter capable of independent operation aligned with leadership.
