TL;DR

Senior Partnership Account Manager (SAP): Driving business through SAP Solution Extension partnerships with an accent on identifying growth opportunities and aligning them to hirify.global’s Field Sales team. Focus on developing relationships with SAP teams, joint account mapping, pipeline reviews, forecasting, and supporting sales activities.

Location: Remote, USA. Must be a US citizen who resides on US soil. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Salary: $168,000 - $210,000 per year + commission.

What you will do

  • Develop relationships with hirify.global field sales and SAP teams to identify new business, expand existing accounts, and support renewals.
  • Serve as primary hirify.global point of contact for SAP, improving their sales and technical skills while prioritizing opportunities in your territory.
  • Collaborate on target accounts, joint account mapping, account planning, QBRs, solution positioning, pipeline reviews, and forecasting.
  • Support sales and marketing activities including webcasts, roadshows, and contract negotiations.
  • Travel within your region to develop SAP territory, with limited travel to US or EMEA.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software experience with proven track record in managing partner relationships.
  • Experience driving sales with SAP, enabling partners, and supporting marketing activities.
  • Familiarity with SAP product categories, nomenclature, and organizational structure.
  • Prior experience with SaaS in data governance, data management, analytics, or BI preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree with technical or business focus preferred.
  • Comfortable influencing executives and presenting to partners, customers, and stakeholders.
