What you will do

• Lead maintenance and enhancement of the Clinical Operations Analytics platform (IRIS) supporting full clinical trial lifecycle.
• Translate business needs from global clinical stakeholders into analytics requirements and delivery plans.
• Oversee demand intake, prioritization, and collaboration with development/IT teams on user stories and SDLC.
• Drive UAT, release readiness, training, and issue management for analytics solutions.
• Define value propositions, track business outcomes, and contribute to strategic roadmap.
• Build networks of business champions and optimize processes through analytics alignment.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US (Remote US)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 8+ years professional experience including 4+ years in clinical trial data and analytics.
• Clinical operations domain expertise, business analysis on technology projects, SDLC, validated systems.
• Knowledge of visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik); familiarity with data technologies (SQL, ETL) a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Travel as needed.

• Product ownership experience.
• Familiarity with data processing/engineering.
