What you will do
- Provide project leadership for team members regarding ongoing operations and process improvements for pharma clients.
- Design and implement complex enhancements to reports, online tools, and data processes.
- Direct global data processing and analytics teams to produce executive dashboards, field reports, and scorecards.
- Utilize coding (SAS, Python, SQL) to facilitate data processing, analytics, and reporting.
- Manage external client relationships and identify growth opportunities to develop new firm offerings.
- Oversee project finances, including drafting SOWs, managing risk, and handling client invoicing.
Requirements
- Bachelor or advanced degree with 8 to 10 years of professional experience.
- Direct experience in the life sciences/pharma industry.
- Strong understanding of Pharma commercial functions: Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting.
- Coding proficiency in SAS, Python, and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without current or future sponsorship
