What you will do

• Conduct complex data analysis and interpretation to support organizational decision-making.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, payer contract compliance, and reimbursement trends.
• Perform audits to identify issues and develop actionable remediation plans.
• Design and evaluate improvement projects to optimize workflows and processes.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Coordinate with finance, product, and clinical teams for efficiency optimization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare billing, insurance, or business administration.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and proficiency in querying databases.
• Expertise in medical billing, insurance policies, and healthcare reimbursement.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
