Structural BIM Technician (Revit)

Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Execute structural modeling tasks in Revit
• Develop sheet views of plans, details, and notes from the model
• Maintain awareness of production schedules and review tasks for accuracy
• Assist with development of internal drafting standards, including Revit families
• Communicate with other disciplines and project team members for coordination
• Participate in team and company meetings to discuss project and technical issues

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience with Revit required
• Minimum 5 years' experience with concrete, wood, steel, and light gauge building structures preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally verbally and in writing
• Ability to problem-solve, collaborate on solutions, and work in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with quality
