Junior-Intermediate Product Designer

What you will do

• Partner with Product Manager to create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interaction details like hover, empty, loading, and error states for new features.
• Review existing product for UI inconsistencies, user flow issues, and implement usability improvements.
• Lead migration of design component library from Sketch to Figma and maintain the design system for consistency.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure feasible and accurate implementation of designs.
• Support marketing with campaign assets like landing pages and promotional materials.
• Assist leadership with on-brand slide decks for presentations and incorporate feedback to iterate designs.

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in product/UI/UX design or strong portfolio demonstrating design process and deliverables
• Hands-on experience with Figma and/or Sketch
• Solid UX/UI principles: layout, typography, color, visual hierarchy
• Experience with wireframes, mockups, design systems, and component libraries
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for Agile sprints, design reviews, and cross-functional teams
• Keen eye for detail, accessibility standards, and multi-project management

Nice to have

• Experience migrating design systems
• HTML/CSS awareness for design-to-development translation
• Willingness to adopt AI tools for productivity
