Location: Must be based in Ontario or Quebec, Canada (available to work Eastern Standard Time hours)

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 CAD

What you will do

• Design and unify the buyer experience, streamlining the flow from product discovery to purchase.
• Improve merchandising tools used by brands to manage assortments and retail relationships.
• Own and lead full design cycles for features, translating complex requirements into usable product features.
• Develop holistic systems and interfaces leveraging design systems and micro-interactions to ensure consistency.
• Utilize research and data insights to inform user-centric design decisions that balance usability with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to align on user needs and deliver high-quality experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of practical in-house product, UX/UI design experience.
• Proven experience working with e-commerce or B2B multi-sided marketplaces.
• Proficiency with design tools including Figma, Google Suite, and JIRA.
• Must be based in Ontario or Quebec and able to work EST hours.
• Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate design decisions effectively.
• Experience designing for responsive web and native applications.
