Salary: $90,000 - $118,000 USD

What you will do

• Review and classify genetic variants using ACMG/AMP guidelines and document evidence in standardized format.
• Perform literature reviews and database searches to support variant interpretation.
• Draft clinical test reports using approved language and assemble content.
• Collaborate with geneticists, bioinformaticians, and lab teams for timely reporting.
• Escalate complex cases, act as SME for specific genes/disorders, and curate internal databases.
• Meet productivity standards and support team OKRs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited genetic counseling program
• Board-eligible or ABGC certified (for Genetic Counselors); state licensure required where applicable
• ABMGG certification or equivalent in at least one specialty for relevant positions
• Strong verbal/written communication, Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, independent/collaborative work.
• Mathematical reasoning, computer literacy, and professional communication skills.
