Research Associate (Workforce Development)

What you will do

• Synthesize information through literature reviews and policy scans.
• Collect primary source data using interviews, focus groups, and surveys.
• Analyze research data using software like STATA, R, and NVIVO.
• Produce reports, briefs, and visualizations to communicate findings.
• Assist in proposal writing and business development.
• Coordinate project timelines and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience or a Master's degree in Social Sciences.
• Current authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship available).
• Proficiency in quantitative/qualitative analysis software (STATA, R, NVIVO).
• Content knowledge in workforce development or public benefits.
• Experience with AI-enabled research tools and responsible AI usage.
• Strong writing skills to synthesize research for diverse audiences.
