What you will do

• Compile and synthesize information through literature reviews and policy scans.
• Conduct primary source data collection via interviews, focus groups, and surveys.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative research data and interpret findings.
• Prepare reports, briefs, charts, and graphs to communicate results.
• Support proposal writing and business development activities.
• Manage project timelines, coordinate meetings, and track progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree in social sciences or related fields.
• Experience in quantitative and/or qualitative data collection.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Python, R, STATA, Atlas.TI, NVivo, or Dedoose).
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
• No employment-based visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B) available.
