Location: Remote (US), Tuesday-Saturday 2pm-10pm ET. Licensure required in the state where you work, if applicable

Salary: $90,000 - $118,000 USD

What you will do

• Facilitate communication between internal teams, healthcare providers, and clients for timely case resolution.
• Answer clinical questions on samples, testing, result interpretation, and variant classification.
• Resolve issues related to test orders and manage routine cases with escalation as needed.
• Track and document case progress using internal systems.
• Maintain high-quality support, meet productivity standards, and handle administrative tasks.
• Potentially serve as subject matter expert for specific genes, disorders, or workflows.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited genetic counseling program
• ABGC certification for Genetic Counselors; licensure in the state where you work, if applicable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in internal systems and Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
• Mathematical reasoning, computer literacy, and professional communication

• Prior clinical or laboratory experience
