What you will do

• Serve as the functional lead implementing Clinical Science Analytics & Insights (CSAI) services per study scope of work.
• Manage the overall data cleaning process and oversee Medical Monitor reviews of subject data.
• Provide scientific input for eCRF specifications, edit checks, and completion guidelines.
• Conduct holistic clinical-sense data reviews using programmed outputs such as Smart Patient Profiles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify study risks and manage CSAI budget variances.
• Develop and maintain project-related plans, guidelines, and trackers in accordance with SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related discipline with proficiency in medical terminology.
• Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• Experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and Microsoft Office.
• Professional proficiency in written and oral English.
• Must be based in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Advanced medical degree (e.g., RN, OCN, RPH, PharmD).
• Experience in oncology, specifically with solid and liquid tumors.
• Experience with data visualization software such as JReview.
• Experience in Phase I, II, and III global trials.
• Previous on-site monitoring or database build experience.
