What you will do

  • Drive territory growth by prospecting, developing, and closing new business while expanding existing accounts.
  • Serve as primary account manager for physicians, genetic counselors, and staff, delivering consultative sales presentations.
  • Coordinate in-person and virtual client meetings, collaborating with cross-functional teams for onboarding and issue resolution.
  • Lead educational efforts including in-office appointments, conferences, physician events, and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain high field presence (4.5 days/week), track opportunities in CRM, and meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay current on clinical genomics, product offerings, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years in healthcare sales (physician environment preferred) or 2+ years as genetic counselor.
  • Valid driver's license; able to work independently managing time and territory.
  • Keen technical aptitude to promote multiple services and manage opportunities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
