Salary: $135,000 - $175,000 (depending on experience and degree)

What you will do

• Develop and launch training programs incorporating video, text, interactive, and other methods to embed best practices in longevity care.
• Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and online modules for effective provider education.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and emerging priorities.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, implementing improvements for provider competency and patient outcomes.
• Track training completion and compliance across the 200+ provider network.

Requirements

• Advanced medical/clinical degree (MD, DO, PA, or NP) with 5+ years treating patients in hormones, weight management, thyroid, menopause/perimenopause
• Previous experience in healthcare education, training, or related roles
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and education best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in curriculum development, instructional design, and online learning platforms
• Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
