Multi-Platform Producer, Telemundo T39 Dallas/Fort Worth

Location: Full-time onsite in Fort Worth, Texas. Must be willing to work any shift and any day of the week.

What you will do

• Create and implement linear and non-linear news strategies with executive and senior producers.
• Produce daily newscasts, live special coverage, and programs for television, streaming, web, podcast, social media, and digital products.
• Develop story ideas, make daily coverage decisions, and respond quickly to breaking news and late changes.
• Edit content using Edius and Premiere Pro and adapt stories for multiple platforms.
• Communicate editorial vision to writers, anchors, field crews, directors, editors, and graphic artists.
• Contribute to streaming products, cross-promotion strategies, and production quality improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• At least two years of experience as a daily newscast producer.
• Strong Spanish news writing, script writing, broadcast production, and digital production skills.
• Proven experience producing live events and newscasts, plus strong knowledge of current news events.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States and willingness to work onsite in Fort Worth, Texas.
• Ability to work any shift and any day of the week, including under tight deadlines and pressure.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with segment production and content generation across multiple platforms.
• Knowledge of libel law, FCC rules, and regulations.
• Strong organization, initiative, professionalism, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
