What you will do
- Develop and execute ABM and demand generation campaigns specifically targeting the L&D industry.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify, prioritize, and refine target accounts and buyer personas.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms and owned assets to drive engagement.
- Design and run synchronized ABM "plays" with consistent and personalized messaging.
- Measure campaign performance and optimize tactics to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Write tailored communication assets such as emails, brochures, and landing pages.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, with at least 2 years focused on ABM or Field Marketing.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven experience in Account-Based Marketing and demand generation.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills to translate campaign data into actionable improvements.
- Familiarity with the Learning & Development (L&D) industry.
