Location: Remote (US-based, up to 25% travel). US employment laws apply (e.g., ADA, FMLA).
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000

What you will do
- Own and oversee employee relations approach, ensuring fair, consistent, and timely resolution of concerns.
- Serve as escalation point for complex ER matters like harassment, discrimination, and policy violations.
- Lead design, execution, and improvement of workplace investigation processes from intake to closure.
- Conduct or oversee sensitive investigations, partnering with Legal on high-risk cases.
- Formalize ER processes, tools, and forms; interpret policies and recommend updates.
- Coach HRBPs and leaders; design and deliver ER training programs.
- Track ER data, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field
- 7+ years progressive HR experience with deep expertise in employee relations and investigations
- Demonstrated experience building or formalizing ER processes
- Strong knowledge of US employment laws (harassment, discrimination, retaliation, ADA, FMLA, wage & hour)
- HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)
- Expert investigation skills, sound judgment, and Legal partnership experience
- Excellent communication and process-oriented mindset
