TL;DR
VP, Benefits (HR): Provide benefit strategies, policies and programs that align with company objectives in a cost-effective manner with an accent on health and welfare, retirement, 401(k), and wellness plans. Focus on planning, directing, coordinating company-wide programs, vendor management, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Stamford, CT. Hybrid: option to work from home near one of our Hubs but required to commute to nearest Hub for in-person engagement activities such as meetings, training, and events. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship.
Salary: 150,000 - 250,000 USD Annual (adjusted for CA, NY Metro, Seattle; eligible for annual bonus).

What you will do
- Work with HR Business Partners and Senior Leaders to plan, direct, coordinate and communicate company-wide benefit programs including health, welfare, retirement, 401(k), and wellness.
- Recommend and implement innovative programs through analysis, modeling, and interactions with consultants, brokers, and administrators.
- Oversee and manage vendor relationships to support the function now and in the future.
- Perform special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree; minimum 8 years in employee benefits; 5+ years in leadership within benefits.
- Industry knowledge and track record in benefits planning, design, development.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state regulations, compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence senior leaders, strong business partnering.
- Track record of managing health care costs; ability to travel as required.
- Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, pass drug test, background check, fingerprints; satisfy Section 19 of Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

- Experience with exempt and non-exempt populations.
- Proven integration efforts, leader in HR benefits best practices.
- Exceptional project management, ability to manage cross-functional teams.
