Salary: $245,000 - $310,000 USD

What you will do

• Own end-to-end benefits program management for a designated region (Americas or International), covering design, vendor selection, and implementation.
• Manage carrier and vendor relationships, ensuring accountability to contracted service standards.
• Partner with Payroll, People Operations, Legal, and Finance to maintain compliant and auditable programs.
• Design and build benefits infrastructure from the ground up, including broker selections and carrier negotiations.
• Draft clear, compliant employee-facing communications for enrollment and policy changes.
• Utilize benchmarking and market intelligence to drive strategic program design.

Requirements

• Direct experience launching, redesigning, or financially stewarding benefits programs at scale.
• Strong skills in vendor and broker management.
• Excellent written communication and ability to explain nuanced tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building infrastructure where none exists.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of benefits experience with deep regional expertise in US health and welfare or EMEA/APAC markets.
• Track record of using AI tools to improve benefits operations and employee self-service.
• Proficiency with Workday and global administration platforms like Benifex or Darwin.
• Experience leading a transition to self-funding for health and welfare programs.
