TL;DR

Customer Marketing Manager (SaaS): Driving product adoption, retention, and expansion revenue through structured lifecycle marketing and engagement programs with an accent on NRR growth and cross-functional alignment. Focus on scaling a customer lifecycle marketing engine, optimizing upsell/cross-sell campaigns, and leveraging intent data to drive expansion pipeline.

Location: Hybrid (minimum 2 days in Austin office), United States

What you will do

  • Own and scale the Customer Marketing function to increase adoption, retention, and expansion revenue.
  • Build and execute upsell and cross-sell campaigns leveraging Salesforce, Pardot, Gainsight, and N.Rich intent data.
  • Develop segmentation strategies by customer tier, lifecycle stage, product usage, and vertical.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to develop plays that accelerate time-to-value.
  • Define and track customer marketing KPIs, specifically NRR contribution and expansion pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 2+ years in Customer or Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Proven track record of building expansion marketing and revenue-driving upsell programs.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and Gainsight.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking NRR, expansion pipeline, and customer health metrics.
  • Must be based in Austin, Texas, for a hybrid work model (minimum 2 days in office).
